Resolving the problems of commensurability in valuing water

In this paper a framework is presented for comparing the values derived from different dimensions of water, without incurring problems commensurability. The based on concept opportunity cost, which any good by what one willing to sacrifice get it, way seemingly things. By simulating changes water resource and then measuring economic, social environmental impacts in metrics common accepted each dimension, curve trade-offs between metric can be derived. This makes intrinsic decision-making explicit.
